Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Garden of Weeden will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in the same condition as you received them, in their original packaging and free of damage caused by the customer.

For a full refund or exchange you must submit your request within 14 – calendar days from the receipt of original order. You must mail out your return within 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned after 21 days from receipt of original order.

Please send your return/exchange request via email to info@gardenofweeeden.com and make sure to include your order number and reason for returning the item.

Refunds

Once we receive your return we will inspect the item and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Once your return is approved we will issue you a store credit/refund for the value of the returned item.
