Apple Tartz is a refreshing, slightly Indica-dominant hybrid cross of Runtz x Apple Fritter, redolent of crisp Granny Smith and sweet Honey-crisp, and sure to dazzle. Typically Indica-dominant, these flowers defy their genetics with uplifting Sativa-sided hybrid effects. This didn’t go unnoticed and the bud won 2nd place for Hybrids at the 2016 High Times Northern California Cup.

Sour and tart, sharp and enlivening, evocative of those enormous perfectly green, perfectly ripened apples of your childhood – crisp and invigorating. Though like most, the metaphoric apple doesn’t fall far from either side of the tree here – the strain has a surprising sweetness that lingers for only a second, lent by the Runtz.
